In an interview with CGTN, Zeng Yi, a professor of brain-inspired AI and AI governance at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and also a member of the UN High-Level Advisory Body on AI, believes that the resolution is a key attempt to fill a global gap, and that it requires international cooperation to push forward global AI capacity-building.
