The adorable giant panda Mang Cancan celebrated his first birthday at Chongqing Zoo in southwest China, attracting many visitors to join in with his birthday party. In the early morning, staff decorated the panda house with beautiful flowers and a series of cute decorations, and prepared a hand-made cake made of bamboos, apples, tomatoes, carrots and other healthy food for him. During the Zhuazhou ceremony, a Chinese tradition to honor a baby's first birthday, Mang Cancan chose his favorite toy – a small bamboo basket. Visitors also participated in a range of activities to share this joyous day with this beloved panda.
