From knowing little about the mainland to deciding to start a business there, Cheng Chuan-yang and Cheng Yao-yu left their hometown in Taiwan and opened an eatery in Quanzhou. CGTN's Liu Xin enjoyed their signature dish, a classic Taiwan snack made with "grandpa's recipe."
