Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Umaro Sissoco Embalo, president of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, in Beijing on Wednesday. President Xi proposed that bilateral relations be elevated to a strategic partnership to inject new impetus into the development of ties.
