At the ongoing Nishan Forum, CGTN's Chen Lanyou spoke with Arthur Williams, the ambassador of Jamaica to China. Jamaica is home to the Confucius Institute at the University of the West Indies, the first Confucius Institute in the English-speaking countries of the Caribbean region.
