The South Centre is an intergovernmental organization established by developing countries for developing countries. It's made up of 55 developing nations from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean and holds observer status with the United Nations and other development agencies. CGTN's Zhong Shi interviewed the Centre's executive director, Carlos Correa, on the challenges and opportunities developing countries face. Correa said developing countries need to look for other multilateral institutions to assert their interests. Watch the video for more.
