At the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang, Vanuatu's Prime Minister Charlot Salwai is paying an official visit to China from July 7 to 12. In this video, CGTN speaks to several locals in Vanuatu about their impressions of China and their understanding of cooperation between the two countries. A resident says he is glad to see the leaders of the two nations communicate and cooperate for the common interests of the two countries. Another resident notes that Vanuatu's Port Vila and China's Shanghai, Yinchuan and Foshan have become sister cities, which means they can learn from and support each other in various fields and cooperate for development.
