The Jade Emperor Temple is a historic site with nearly 1,000 years of history. Inside, there are 284 statues and 120 square meters of murals from the Song (960-1279), Yuan (1279-1368), Ming (1368-1644), and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. Particularly exceptional are the Yuan Dynasty colored sculptures of the Twenty-Eight Mansions. Lucy is at the temple to view this celebrated masterpiece along with other travelers.
