Wild yaks stroll leisurely by Shazi Spring in the Altun Mountains National Nature Reserve in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Located at an altitude of 4,000 meters, Shazi Spring, in the northern Kumukuli Desert, features three large sand eyes. The flowing spring forms lakes, meadows, and marshes, creating a crucial water source and habitat for wildlife.
