The Council of the European Union (EU) on Monday announced new sanctions against Israeli settlers and entities for "serious and systematic human rights abuses against Palestinians" and "blocking humanitarian aid to Gaza."
In a press release, the EU institution said that its restrictive measures target five people and three entities under the EU Global Human Rights Sanctions Regime.
