China is willing to continue making efforts to push for the restoration of stability in Haiti and support a Haitian-led, Haitian-owned comprehensive solution, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday.
Lin made the remarks after the UN Security Council on July 12 extended the mandate of the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti for one year, until July 15, 2025.
