Seventeen Palestinians were killed and more than 26 others were wounded in an Israeli strike on Khan Younis in southern Gaza on Tuesday, the Gaza Health Ministry said.
The air strike hit near an area of tents housing displaced families on Attar Street, the ministry said.
There was no immediate response from Israel.
