A contractual dispute between two companies registered in the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP) entered arbitration through an ad hoc tribunal on Monday. This is China's first ad hoc arbitration case heard under new commercial arbitration regulations implemented in the Hainan FTP on July 1.
