More than 6,000 hectares of farmland are "drinking" organic water amid summer irrigation in Yingxian County, northern China's Shanxi Province. Since last year, more than a tonne of cow dung has been processed and is being used to produce biogas liquid, which is a kind of organic liquid fertilizer. Compared to regular chemical fertilizers, the biogas liquid costs less and greatly increases crop output.
