Since July 16, Zaozhuang City in east China's Shandong Province has been experiencing yet another round of intense rainfall, leading to water-logging in some parts of the city. To regulate the increasing water flow, authorities have opened all three floodgates of Zhuangli Reservoir. There is increased monitoring, and prompt measures are being taken to address the situation.
