Tech disruptions have been reported from across the world, affecting multiple airlines, media and banks.
Many flights have been affected, with major U.S. air carriers, including Delta, United and American Airlines, being forced to ground all flights on Friday.
The cause is not yet known, but Microsoft said it was investigating an issue preventing users from accessing its apps and services.
