The Swiss Federal Office for Cyber ​​Security (BACS) said a faulty update or misconfiguration by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike led to international tech outages on Friday.

"The BACS is aware of the outages mentioned and has received corresponding reports from various companies and critical infrastructures," the BACS said in a statement.
