Eleven people are dead and over 30 people are missing after a bridge collapsed following torrential rain in northwest China's Shaanxi Province at around 8:40 p.m. Friday night. President Xi Jinping has urged all-out rescue efforts to protect people's lives and property. Rescue efforts are ongoing, with over 700 personnel being deployed.
