Osama Ayoub is a boxing coach who specializes in training Palestinian girls. Over the past several years, he and his students have worked hard to build one of the largest boxing clubs in the Gaza Strip. However, the war with Israel has destroyed everything. Amid the warfare, he and his students have been displaced multiple times, but they continue to train whether in refugee camps or abandoned schools. The girls told CGTN that after the war ends, they hope to compete overseas on behalf of their country. Boxer Hala Ayoub said boxing as a sport has strengthened their personalities and given them the hope and motivation for life, "Everything that happened to us motivated us to continue boxing." Osama Ayoub said that they have nothing but the will to keep going, and they will never give up.
