"Hey Champ!" is a special CGTN series in which Olympic champions and participants from all disciplines are invited to visit schools and local communities in China, have some fun with sports enthusiasts, and reflect on their experience at the Games.

In this episode, CGTN invited taekwondo athlete Zhao Shuai to give a special training session to children learning this sport. The kids loved their new coach and asked the Olympic champion a wide range of questions, from his beginnings in the sport to his Olympic experience. Take a look!

Zhao Shuai won the gold medal in the men's 58-kilogram taekwondo competition at Rio 2016 and the bronze medal in men's 68 kg taekwondo at Tokyo 2020. He is the first Chinese man to win a taekwondo gold medal at the Olympics.
