Space expert explains what makes China's lunar missions unique

Going to the moon is full of challenges, with over 50 percent of all lunar landing attempts ending in failure. Yet all the Chinese lunar missions were successful. "This is a testimony to the technology of China," said Giuseppe Reibaldi, president of the Moon Village Association, a Vienna-based NGO that works towards promoting international collaboration on lunar projects. Reibaldi shared his insights in an interview with CGTN on the sidelines of an International Moon Day event held in Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.
