The UN envoy to Yemen announced on Tuesday an agreement between Yemeni government and the Houthi rebel group to de-escalate in relation to the banking sector and Yemenia Airways.
"The Government of Yemen and Ansar Allah informed the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, that they agreed on several measures to de-escalate in relation to the banking sector and Yemenia Airways in accordance with a written text…“ Office of the UN Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen said in a statement on Tuesday.
