During the third conference of the Global Health Forum of the Boao Forum for Asia, Balthasar Staehelin, personal envoy for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) president for China and head of the regional delegation for East Asia of the ICRC, spoke to CGTN. He said that artificial intelligence has a transformative impact on all sectors of life, especially in health care and humanitarian actions, including predicting weather and climate conditions, population movement and crop monitoring.
