Eighteen people were killed and one person has been hospitalized after a Saurya Airlines aircraft crashed on Wednesday at Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal's capital Kathmandu. "The plane was scheduled to undergo maintenance for a month beginning Thursday ... It is unclear why it crashed," said Mukesh Khanal, marketing head of Saurya Airlines, according to Reuters.
