The Longmen Grottoes Research Institute is using various scientific and technological means to study the color restoration of the caisson in the Middle Binyang Cave in Luoyang, Henan Province. In this way, the apsaras at Longmen Grottoes are being "brought to life" through digital technology. Standing on clouds and playing music, these celestial beings are dressed in beautiful robes that flutter in the wind.
