China and 26 African countries on Monday issued an action plan on digital cooperation and development, aiming to boost digital policy, infrastructure, cutting-edge innovation, transformation, security and nurturing of talents. Over the next three years, the countries will work together to implement 10 digital transformation demonstration projects and train at least 1,000 personnel in the field.
