Rescue operations are underway in central China's Hunan Province following a dike breach in the Juanshui River late Sunday. The breach occurred after Typhoon Gaemi swept through the province with heavy downpours over the past few days. CGTN reporter Zhu Luoman has the latest on the situation in the city of Xiangtan.
