United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and other UN officials on July 28 condemned a rocket attack that killed 12 civilians, mainly children and teenagers, in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on July 27.
Israel blamed the attack on Hezbollah, a claim the group denied.
