Three dike breaches have occurred in sections of the Juanshui River in Xiangtan County, south China's Hunan Province, since July 28.
The third breach, with a width of over 30 meters, occurred in Huazhong Village on July 29.
As of the morning of July 30, all those trapped had been rescued and the water level had dropped by about half a meter.
