Tuesday's latest gold medal event schedule will see China's Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha taking on the DPRK's Ri Jong Sik and Kim Kum Yong in the table tennis mixed doubles gold medal match at 14:00 (GMT+2), which will be the first gold awarded in the sport at this year's games. 

In artistic gymnastics, China's Luo Huan, Ou Yushan, Zhou Yaqin and Qiu Qiyuan will compete in the women's team event at 18:00 (GMT+2).

The women's epee team gold medal match will take place right after the bronze medal contest at 19:30 (GMT+2).

Multiple swimming events will be staged in the evening including the women's 100m backstroke final, men's 800m freestyle final and men's 4x200m freestyle relay final at 20:56 (GMT+2).
