Former Kyrgyz Prime Minister Djoomart Otorbaev emphasized that "introducing sanctions" is equivalent to "defeat" when discussing cooperation and competition in today's world. He believes that countries should follow China's example in learning how to compete and develop competitiveness. At the same time, cooperation is also essential. The Belt and Road Initiative is a model of both "going out" and "inviting back."
