Asian shares rallied a day after a meltdown in global stock markets over fears of a U.S. recession. Qu Qiang, a fellow of the Belt and Road Research Center at Minzu University of China in Beijing, says that Japan's rate hike decision and the slowdown in hiring and consumer spending in the U.S. are behind Monday's market crash.
