U.S. Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate. The Democratic duo kicked off their campaign trail at a rally in Philadelphia, and will spend the next five days flying around the country, touring other critical states. Josef Gregory Mahoney from East China Normal University in Shanghai, says Harris picked Tim Walz to appeal to the Democrats' base.
