South African athlete Jaun-Pierre Van Den Berg became the U19 laser-run world champion in less than a year of starting the sport. He started laser-run for fun but then grew into a professional under the guidance of his coach. To achieve outstanding results, he maintains a high degree of self-discipline in his daily training, stays focused on his goals, and constantly challenges and exceeds his limits. Participating in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics is his next goal. To realize this Olympic dream, he says he will give it his all.
