The U.S. has enacted the "Restoring Confidence in the World Anti-Doping Agency Act," using financial leverage to politicize sports and target China. This is yet another example of America's "Do as we say, or no toys for you" diplomacy, reminiscent of its withholding of UN and WHO funds. It's a familiar tactic with a new battleground.
