At least 7 killed in Indian temple stampede

At least 7 people were killed and 35 others injured in a stampede at a temple in India's eastern state of Bihar early on Monday. 

The incident happened as a large number of devotees gathered to offer prayers at the Baba Sidheshwar Nath temple on the Baravar hills.

The devotees had gathered at the temple for a religious event held annually during the holy month of Shravan, according to local news agencies
