The 2024 International Space Science and Scientific Payload Competition attracted nearly 200 teams from more than 50 countries and regions, with total participants exceeding 1,000. Of these, 30 teams from 10 countries and regions attended the final held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Monday. This year's competition was jointly held by the Chinese Society of Astronautics, Beijing Institute of Technology, International Academy of Astronautics and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. At the opening ceremony, a special roundtable was held with four distinguished guests.
