From the evening of August 12 to the early morning of August 13, the Perseid meteor shower was visible in many parts of China, with a peak rate of 100 meteors per hour.
Among the three major meteor showers in the Northern Hemisphere, the Perseid meteor shower is renowned for its steady flow and abundance of bright meteors.
