This year marks the 12th anniversary of the Confucius Institute at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. CGTN's Gasthoori Manickam spoke with Professor Leticia Grubert, director of the Confucius Institute at the university. She discussed the institute's role in promoting academic research and cultural exchanges between China and Brazil.
