Ukraine's parliament, Verkhovna Rada, voted on Wednesday to ratify the Rome Statute, paving the way for Kyiv to join the International Criminal Court, Ukrinform news reported.
The measure was supported by 281 out of 328 deputies, a key requirement for Ukraine to eventually join the European Union.
