The sixth Forum on China-Africa Media Cooperation was held in Beijing on Wednesday. In an interview with CGTN's Shen Shiwei, Cornelius Mweetwa, the Zambian minister of information and media, said Chinese engagement with Africa is about action, not lectures. He said when landlocked Zambia wanted to build a railway, only China came with aid. He also noted that Chinese investment in Zambia had revived a long-shut copper mine. Today, the Tazara Railway is a monument of China-Africa friendship.
