Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 115 prisoners of war from each side after the United Arab Emirates acted as an intermediary, RIA news agency reported on Saturday, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
The exchanged Russian servicemen, captured by Ukraine during its incursion into the Kursk region, are now on the territory of Belarus, the ministry said.
