One of the highlights was the "Ni Gugu" sculptures from Xunxian County, central China's Henan Province, an ancient art form known for its rich folk traditions. These sculptures are characterized by their simple yet exaggerated forms, which exude a rustic charm. The name "Ni Gugu" comes from the sound produced when air is blown through the small holes at the back of the sculpture, mimicking the sound of "gugu" with "ni" meaning clay in Chinese.
