Military officials from around the world gathered together for this year's 2024 Shangri-La Dialogue – Asia's premier defence summit – which has just concluded in Singapore. What issues were high on the agenda? What should ASEAN countries do to better secure regional security amid increasing geopolitical tensions? And what does the future hold in the face of increased U.S. competition with China?
