Major cities in China have further lifted curbs on buying homes, introducing policies to optimize and adjust the real estate market. Provincial capitals including Hangzhou and Xi'an successively announced comprehensive lifting of housing purchase restrictions on May 9. Policies in tier-one cities like Beijing and Shenzhen have also been relaxed. How should we view these moves? What other parallel measures are worth paying attention to? And what is the future of China's property market?
