Around eighty countries have signed a Ukraine peace proposal that reaffirms the territorial integrity of Ukraine and stresses that "dialogue between all parties is necessary to end the conflict" at a recent meeting held in Switzerland. At the same time, Russia set out its own terms for ending the war in Ukraine. Has the peace conference brought us closer to peace? Is it the time for the related parties to come to the negotiating table? And what will be the key factors to bring about an end to the conflict?
Guests in this edition of Dialogue are Peter Zalmayev, director of the Eurasia Democracy Initiative; Professor Glenn Diesen from the University of South-Eastern Norway; and Anton Fedyashin, associate professor from the history department of American University.
