Overcapacity? Is Yellen making a fair "warning"?

CGTN

29:38

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has wrapped up a 5-day visit to China where she met with top Chinese academic, political and financial leaders in Guangzhou and Beijing. High on her list of topics was the accusation of China's production overcapacity in green technology and U.S. fears that Chinese exports could harm its interests. So what is overcapacity? Is there an overcapacity issue in China? Is the U.S. over-reacting to China's successful green technological development? To take a closer look, we are joined by Zhao Hai, director of International Political Studies at the National Institute for Global Strategy; He Weiwen, senior fellow at the Center for China and Globalization; and Paul Gillis, professor of accounting at Beijing International Studies University.
