China's private sector will receive a major boost as part of the plan of an important high-level conference. Based on the result of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC in mid-July, China will bolster private sector confidence and provide more support to private enterprises in high-tech industries, and make it easier for them to participate in national projects.
