The Samoa-China Agricultural Technical Aid Project (SCATAP) has supported Samoan farmers for 14 years. Initiated in 2010 and divided into five phases, the project focuses on enhancing sustainable livelihoods. CGTN anchor Pan Deng spoke to Liu Zhiwen, SCATAP leader from 2017 to 2023, who shared insights on China and Samoa's agricultural cooperation.
