Northeastern China's Liaoning Province is an old industrial base and has made significant contributions to the country's industrial development. In recent years, the province has been revitalizing its industrial sector through digital transformation. Liaoning also makes full use of the old factories and has turned many of them into museums or cultural and creative industry parks, allowing visitors to feel the province's vitality while learning about its industrial history.

Liaoning has also been exploring new ways to boost its tourism industry. For example, the Shenyang Imperial Palace in Shenyang City has launched various cultural and creative products to attract visitors, while Dalian City takes advantage of its geographical location to build a coastal economy.
